Buck laid down his life for me this weekend again. While I was out of town teaching again for the last two days, he took the children to soccer practice, three games, and a scout service project, and mowed the lawn to boot. What a man!

oh I dont know about that.. the house was a wreck. But at least I had 75% of the kids accounted for most of the time. hehe

True's the real keeper here.

So, I wonder who the first anonymous is?

But why are dads heroes when they do this, but for moms it's just another day in the life?

Good question, Kat. I think Buck's a hero, because he provides and manages to keep the crazy schedule I create when I leave.

Moms are always unsung heroes for holding a house together. Thank you, Thank you, thank you True!!

I think maybe her point is the crazy juggling act of our life here on Truevyne farms is difficult enough with 2 hands, let alone with one of those hands being gone due to teaching, or working overtime.

So, thank you in advance for laying down your life tomorrow when I'm working overtime and you are handling b'day parties and soccer games.
