I don't know if it will make you feel better or feel like swearing at me but anyways....I am allergic to:
eggs
oatmeal
chocolate
oranges
dairy
poppy seeds
potatoes of any kind
tomatoes
peppers
beef
wheat
canola
and stuff I probably forgot and is not near as long as your list but it is doable. It is. Yes, a person's diet shrinks but the payoff in feeling better is worth it. And yes, sometimes I eat stuff I'm allergic to and get plugged sinuses, bladder infections, a whole gamut of digestion issues and itch like crazy plus feel exhausted. So I pick and choose when I'm going to have a hamburger and fries.
